This year’s AGM is to be held on the 30th November, 2026.

Location : The United Reformed Church , Harestone Hill , Caterham , CR3 6SX . Time : 2.30 pm.

We will be grateful if you would advise us if you intend coming to the meeting, so that we will know how many seats to set out, and for refreshment catering.

Any questions that members would like to submit in advance of the meeting are welcome, whether or not you are able to attend the meeting. This is with regards to Matters Arising - Minutes of 2025 AGM or under Any Other Business.

Also, if you have any nominations for members to serve on the next Branch Committee, these should be received at least 14 days before the date of the AGM i.e. by Noon on Monday 16th November 2026.

If you are not attending the meeting but would like to register any Proxy Vote please advise us by emailing the Chairman (Paul K).

Please Note. If you wish to vote against any of the proposed motions, you must say so in your response.

Following the end of the formal business part of the meeting, it is very much hoped that you will join us for a social get together with mince pies and mulled wine. Your support for the Caterham and District u3a in attending this year’s AGM, is very much appreciated.
