This new group is planned to start 21st September in Chaldon, near the Surrey National Golf Club, 2pm - 4pm.
Barbara has been writing poetry for many years and is excited at the prospect of sharing her hobby with like-minded people. Her plan is for the group to discover various styles of poetry and for each member to compose their own piece to share with the group. You will learn about the terminology used to describe poetry styles by researching the particular topic of the month.
If you enjoy reading poetry, the chances are you would also enjoy writing poetry where you can follow the flow of your own subject.
As an added interest - you could join Journal-Making to make a very special book to save your favourite poems later!
