‘The Tai Chi class is on Mondays at 3-4pm at Chelsham Road Community Hall in Chelsham Road, Warlingham.

Tony Todd, who is an experienced Tai Chi instructor, leads our friendly and welcoming group. There is a charge for this tuition of £40 per six classes.  Payment is not requested until you have attended a class and decided that you'd like to continue.

Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise which has many health benefits, a few of which are, improved balance and flexibility, mental health and wellbeing, strengthens muscles and bones.

The group is limited to 12 members due to the size of the hall.  We are currently at capacity so not accepting new members.  However, a new class can run immediately following, ie 4-5pm, if there is sufficient interest.
